Just for five minutes, try to be a human being.

Try to care about others. No one has to know, you don't have to tell anyone so that no one accuses you of being a "liberal" because you actually cared about other people for a few minutes.

You've got plenty of time to copy and paste how the mass shooting in Oregon is Obama's fault; to shrug it all of under the rubric of "these things happen." To go after liberals about gun control or say things like "your dead kid doesn't trump my Second Amendment rights," like Joe the (phony) Plumber. In fact, you have the rest of your life to say all that.

But for five minutes, just care. Just have some empathy. It'll be your little secret.
