19 February 2010 | When He Looks Like Them

I wonder if anyone on Fox News was quick to speculate that yesterday's plane-hits-building story was the work of swarthy Middle Eastern men.

I also wonder if Andrew Joseph Stack, the fuck who did the deed, had decided to make it appear as such by using this tactic. Something along the lines of when middle-class white people kill their children or spouses and blame it on a carjacking by black attackers.

I also wonder if this strikes a blow against Christianity, or if it will induce people to make the connection between that religion and this man's actions.

Doesn't matter, because in this case, the killer looks like all the commentariat: white and angry.

I'm told that timing is everything, and honestly, I didn't think swarthy Middle Eastern terrorists but when I learned the incident took place in Texas, I figured it was a Teabagger Asshole(tm). The news has been inundated with stories about these crying sacks of shit that I figured it was only a matter of time before their simmering violence boiled over.

Alas, it was just your run of the mill asshole who decided it wasn't enough to end his own life but to take out others as well. Fortunately, it seems, only the building got truly hurt.

But I keep coming back to my initial thought: are conservative fucks rushing to tell the president he needs to say the word "terrorism"? They've been awfully silent. And I have no doubt that the intellectual bastion that the Free Republic are looking for ways to justify what he did with not so subtle, "well, the IRS *does* suck," or some such nonsense. Yet as quiet as they are when one of their own commits an act of domestic terrorism, I'm waiting for the right-wing turds to make this into a political statement about Obama's secret evil plans to destroy America: look what drove Stack to do this! Socialism!

Way to go you dissembling fucks. Way to go.Click to share this post on Twitter  Click to share this post on Facebook Click to share this post on Google+
